All preparations have been done for the launch of South Asian Satellite. According to ISRO chief Kiran Kumar, the GSAT-9 will strengthen the connectivity of the South Asia Communication Satellite. The ISRO-made satellite will be released from Satish Dhawan Space Center, Sriharikota. The launch time is 4.57 hours in the evening. Seven out of the eight saraks are part of the project. Only Pakistan has kept itself separate from this. Pakistan said that they have their own separate space program. The cost of the satellite is 450 crores. Its mission will be 12 years. Satellite Kew will work on the band. It will be released in the orbit by the GSLV-A9 rocket.

The main objective of the Satellite is to help communication between South Asian countries and especially in emergencies. In 2014, after Narendra Modi took over as prime minister, he asked to make a satellite for Saarc countries. They wanted that neighboring countries be given a gift from India. Modi had mentioned in his mind the key on Sunday. They believe that satellite SAARC will be helpful in the development of countries.

Electric propulsion will save 25 percent of fuel.
ISRO is using the electric propulsion system for the first time. This will save fuel up to 25%. By this, only 80 kilograms of chemical fuels will fly in the Earth's range for a decade. Typically, 2000-2500 kilograms of satellites need 200 to 300 kg of chemical fuels.

ISRO's future project
In the next few months, GSLV MK3 Polar Satellite will be launched. Besides, Chandrayaan 2 will be launched at the beginning of next year.

A successful test of Agni-2

India successfully test-fired a nuclear-capable Agni-2 missile on Thursday. It was tested by APJ Abdul Kalam island in Balasa district of Odisha. Army's special missile handling Strategic Force Commander tested 10 to 20 minutes of land-to-missile missiles. Its march capacity is 2000 km. The missile is 20 meters long and weighs 17 tons. Can carry 1000 kilos payloads.

An attempt to beat China
