રાજ્ય સરકારે વધુ એક મહત્ત્વપૂર્ણ યોજનાની જાહેરાત કરી છે. મુખ્યમંત્રી વિજય રૂપાણીએ રાજ્યનાં નગરો-શહેરોમાં વાહનોથી ફેલાતાં વાયુ-પ્રદૂષણને અટકાવવા બેટરી સંચાલિત ટૂ વ્હીલર-થ્રી વ્હીલરના ઉપયોગને પ્રેરિત કરતી સહાય યોજના જાહેર કરી છે. આ સહાય યોજના અન્વયે રાજ્યના ધોરણ-9થી લઈને કોલેજ સુધીનો અભ્યાસ કરતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓને બેટરી સંચાલિત ટૂ વ્હીલર ખરીદવા સરકાર 12 હજાર રૂપિયાની સહાય આપશે. આ સહાય-સબસિડી 10 હજાર વાહનોને આપવાનો લક્ષ્યાંક છે. એટલું જ નહિ, વ્યક્તિગત અને સંસ્થાકીય લાભાર્થીઓ માટે બેટરી સંચાલિત ઇ-રિક્ષા થ્રી વ્હીલર ખરીદીમાં પણ 48 હજાર રૂપિયાની સહાય રાજ્ય સરકાર આપશે અને પાંચ હજાર ઇ-રિક્ષાઓને એનો લાભ અપાશે.
વાહનોના ચાર્જિંગની સુવિધાઓ ઊભી કરવા રૂ.50 લાખની યોજના અમલમાં મુકાય
મુખ્યમંત્રીએ વડાપ્રધાન નરેન્દ્ર મોદીના 70મા જન્મદિવસની ઉજવણી રૂપે રાજ્યમાં પાંચ વિકાસ યોજનાઓની પંચશીલ ભેટ તરીકે આ પર્યાવરણપ્રિય ભેટ રાજ્યના નાગરિકોને આપી હતી. એની સાથે સાથે બેટરી સંચાલિત વાહનોના ચાર્જિંગની માળખાકીય સુવિધાઓ ઊભી કરવા રૂપિયા 50 લાખની યોજના પણ અમલમાં મૂકવામાં આવી છે. નરેન્દ્ર મોદી ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રી હતા ત્યારે 11 વર્ષ પહેલાં આજના દિવસે તેમણે ક્લાયમેટ ચેન્જ વિભાગની સ્થાપના કરી હતી. આ વિભાગના સ્થાપના દિવસની ઉજવણી અંતર્ગત શ્રેણીબદ્ધ કાર્યક્રમો યોજાયા હતા.
દેશમાં સોલર સિસ્ટમમાં ગુજરાત અગ્રેસર
વિડિયો-કોન્ફરન્સિંગના માધ્યમથી યોજાયેલા આ સમારોહને સંબોધન કરતાં મુખ્યમંત્રીએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે ગ્રીન એનર્જી ક્લીન એનર્જી સાથે ગુજરાત આગળ વધી રહ્યું છે. આજે જ્યારે સમગ્ર વિશ્વ સમક્ષ ક્લાયમેટ ચેન્જની અસરો પડકારરૂપ બની છે ત્યારે વર્ષો પહેલાં તત્કાલીન મુખ્યમંત્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદીએ ભવિષ્યમાં ઊભા થનારા પડકારોને લક્ષમાં રાખીને દેશમાં પહેલીવાર સમયસર ક્લાયમેટ ચેન્જ વિભાગની રચના કરી હતી. દેશમાં સોલર સિસ્ટમમાં ગુજરાત અગ્રેસર છે. ગુજરાત બારેય માસ મહત્તમ સૂર્યપ્રકાશ મેળવતું રાજ્ય છે. સૂર્યપ્રકાશથી વીજળી ઉત્પન કરી નાગરિકોને સસ્તી વીજળી આપવાનું આપણું ધ્યેય છે, સાથે જ પોતાના ઘરના રૂફટોપ પર વીજળી ઉત્પન્ન કરી વધારાની વીજળી વેચીને આવક પણ મેળવી શકાય છે. એ માટે સોલર રૂફટોપ યોજના ગુજરાતની આગવી ઓળખ બની છે.
ચાલુ વર્ષે 2 લાખ રહેણાક મકાનો પર સોલર સિસ્ટમ લગાવવાનો લક્ષ્યાંક
મુખ્યમંત્રીએ આગળ કહ્યું હતું કે ગુજરાત રહેણાકનાં મકાનો પર સોલર સિસ્ટમ લગાડવામાં દેશમાં પ્રથમ ક્રમે છે. છેલ્લાં ત્રણ વર્ષમાં સરકારની સબસિડી સહાયથી 1 લાખ 38 હજારથી વધુ ઘરોમાં કુલ 510 મેગાવોટ ક્ષમતાની સોલર સિસ્ટમ લગાડવામાં આવી છે. ચાલુ વર્ષે પણ રૂ. 912 કરોડની જોગવાઈથી 2 લાખ રહેણાક મકાનો પર સોલર સિસ્ટમ લગાવવાની નેમ છે.
અંદાજે 2 લાખ ટન કાર્બનડાયોક્સાઇડ વાયુ વાતાવરણમાં ભળતો અટકે છે
તેમણે વધુમાં કહ્યું હતું કે ગુજરાત પુન:પ્રાપ્ય ઊર્જામાં પણ અગ્રેસર છે. રાજ્યમાં વીજળીની કુલ સ્થાપિત ક્ષમતા 35,500 મેગાવૉટ છે. ગુજરાતની કુલ સ્થાપિત ક્ષમતામાં પુન:પ્રાપ્ય ઊર્જાનો ફાળો 30 ટકા છે, જે નેશનલ એવરેજ 23 ટકા કરતાં વધુ છે. બિનપરંપરાગત ઊર્જાના અસરકારક અમલને કારણે વર્ષ દરમિયાન અંદાજે 2 લાખ ટન કાર્બનડાયોક્સાઇડ વાયુ વાતાવરણમાં ભળતો અટકે છે અને વીજ ઉત્પાદન માટે 1 કરોડ ટન કોલસાની બચત થાય છે. વાતાવરણની શુદ્ધતા પણ જળવાય છે.
