Std. 18th July 5 and Std. 8 The Right to Children of Free and Complexity Education (Second Amendment) Bill, 2017, proposed to give states the right to discontinue poor performance in the 8th year passed by the Lok Sabha. .


The Lok Sabha has approved this proposal with a sound voice. Now it will be presented in the Rajya Sabha. Javadekar said that this bill has been brought after the recommendation of 24 states in the case of increasing number of students who have poor performance. Last year, except for Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Telangana, 8 students demanded to change policy not to quit.
