New Delhi: The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on Friday announced the Padma Awards 2021 - one of the highest civilian Awards of the country - on the eve of 72nd Republic Day. Former Japanese prime minister Shinzo Abe and singer SP Balasubramaniam were among the Padma Vibhushan recipients.
